You no longer need to worry when your friend wants Chinese for dinner and you want pasta. The MarketPlace at Neil offers a variety of stations that allow you to order just what you want, made just the way you want.
StreetSweets makes coffee and other specialty drinks, and the selection of pasteries and ice cream will satisfy any sweet tooth. The Deli features fresh wraps and hot paninis. East/West prepares pasta and stir fry dishes. Stone Hearth serves wood-fired pizzas, breadsticks and casseroles. Soup Spot and Fresh Greens includes a self-serve salad bar and a variety of soups. The Grab 'n Go cases offer pre-made sandwiches, salads and snacks for those in a hurry.
The MarketPlace also features a variety of retail items, from fresh fruit to frozen dinners to cases of Powerade.
Cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), P-Card, 100W, BuckID and meal plan swipes are accepted forms of payment. Meal plan swipes may be used for grocery items - $5 per swipe, with a maximum of 10% of your total number of swipes.
The MarketPlace has an inviting fireplace and lots of comfy couches, great for hanging out or studying.
The MarketPlace is located at 1578 Neil Avenue, at the corner of 10th Avenue and Neil, right across from the College of Nursing.
